2. Only shipments for delivery Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

4. Only single carrier and standard ground transportation within the 48 States is included. Interline shipments between carriers does not qualify and is not included. Alaska, Hawaii, International and Express or Expedited shipments of any kind are not included.
